With over 15 years of experience in both mental health counseling and coaching, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that combines compassion, practical skill-building, and a strengths-based approach. I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, relationship concerns, life transitions, and performance-related stress. My experience as a coach has also fueled my passion for supporting athletes and high performers as they work to strengthen their mental wellness, confidence, and resilience both on and off the field.
